Cabin in the Woods Vacation Home - Nebraska

Not only does this vacation home have a wonderful lake view, there is a slip in the Hideaway Marina down the hill that is available for use!  You will immediately feel comfortable in this home that is located on the Nebraska side of the lake near Yankton, South Dakota.  Enjoy being in a private setting with a one-of-a-kind lake view.  You will have to see it for yourself since the pictures I have posted don't do it justice! 

This home has 2 bedrooms plus the loft area that has 3 twin beds.  2 full bathrooms.  And the lower level has a pool table and air hockey table. 

Base rate of $300 (+ tax) per night with a minimum 2-night stay (week days & non-holiday weekends.)  On holiday weekends there is a minimum 3-night stay (F-Sa-Su).

  • Rates & Other Info:

    1-4 people $300 per night.  3+ nights reserved, $265 per night.

    5-7 people $325 per night.  3+ nights reserved, $290 per night.

     

    VISA/MasterCard & Discover accepted 

    5.5% state sales tax + 4% lodging tax for a total of 9.5% taxes applies to above rates. 

    $250.00 damage /excessive cleaning deposit required.  This deposit will not be cashed unless needed for damages or excess cleaning needed.

    Cancellation Policy:  With 60 days or more notice there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee.  With less than a 60-day notice, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee plus 50% of the reservation total, including applicable taxes.  For example, if the property is reserved for two nights @ $300 per night, for a total of $657.00 (incl taxes), 50% of $657.00 ($328.50 will be charged in addition to the $50.00 cancellation fee. 

    No separate cleaning fee.

    No pets.

    No smoking inside of home.  For prevention of fires and to assist us in keeping the grounds clean, please do not discard smoking material on the property.
