Elkhorn Ridge Vacation Home - Nebraska

Beauty. . . Relaxation. . . Fun!  This superb vacation home rental is located in Elkhorn Ridge on the Nebraska side of Lewis & Clark Lake near Yankton, South Dakota.  It is a four-year-old home that sits right on top of the lake with a breathtaking view.  It has 3+ bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  Sleeps 8+ people.  Garage can be opened up and used as a pavilion for gatherings.  Base rate of $400 (+ tax) per night with a minimum 2-night stay (week days & non-holiday weekends).  On holiday weekends there is a minimum 3-night stay (F-Sa-Su). 

Directions to this home:  From the Intersection of Hwy 121 and 54C go 2 miles west.  Turn right (north) at the Elkhorn Ridge entrance (look for United States Flag, eagle and elk statues).  Go .5 mile north then road curves to the left (west).  Go .1 mile and the home is on the right.

  • Rates & Other Info:

     

      1-8 people     $400.00 per night

      9-10 people   $430.00 per night

    11-12 people   $460.00 per night

    13-14 people   $490.00 per night

    15-16 people   $520.00 per night

     

    5.5% state sales tax + 4% lodging tax for a total of 9.5% taxes applies to above rates. 

    10% discount will be applied to a 5-7 night booking.

    $250.00 security/damage deposit required.  This deposit will not be cashed unless needed for late cancellation, damages or excess cleaning needed.

    No separate cleaning fee.

    Reservations may be made up to 11 months in advance.

    No pets.

    No smoking inside of home.  For prevention of fires and to assist us in keeping the grounds clean, please do not discard smoking material on the property.

    There is a bedroom, an area with one set of bunk beds and a full bath on the lower level.  Also one futon available.
    On the loft level there is one full-size bed.
